10 Healthy Frozen Summer Treats

Keeping cool and hydrated when working out are important during this time of year, and with rising temperatures- you deserve a sweet frozen treat after a long run, bike ride, or playing a game of beach volleyball. Here are a few sweet healthy frozen treats you can indulge in and even make yourself for those hot summer days:
Ice Cream
